Impact Scope: MT MMS, MMS Delivery Reports
Dear Muuzii Customer,
Since 2016-07-14 20:05:00 UTC Verizon USA has been experiencing an issue with their MMS service.
As a result, a portion of MT MMS messages are not being received by subscribers on the affected carrier.
MT MMS messages sent to subscribers on the affected carrier are currently being delayed. In addition, delivery reports for MT MMS messages sent to the affected carrier are being delayed.
The carrier is aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
