While traffic is flowing as expected presently, we have observed this issue to be intermittently reoccurring, though impact has been limited to a small portion of traffic. We are still waiting for confirmation from the carrier that this issue is completely resolved, and further updates will be sent as soon as they are available.

Traffic to Verizon USA has been flowing as expected since approximately 2015-12-10 17:00:00 UTC and OpenMarket are currently working to confirm full resolution. We will issue a further update to confirm resolution or if there is any change in the situation.

Since 2015-12-10 16:18:03 UTC the issue affecting Verizon SMS MT messages has reoccurred. Customers may notice delays in message delivery and an increase in MT SMS failures with response code 815.
Verizon USA is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible.

This issue is still on-going at this time and OpenMarket continue to follow-up with Verizon USA. We will provide another update as soon as we have further information.

This issue remains ongoing at this time. Verizon USA continues to work towards a resolution but do not yet have an ETA. We will issue an update as soon as the issue is resolved or we receive further information.

Dear OpenMarket Customer,
Since 2015-12-09 17:52:00 UTC Verizon USA has been experiencing an issue with their SMS service.
As a result of this issue, a portion of MT SMS messages sent to subscribers on the affected carrier are currently being delayed. Customers may also notice an increase in MT SMS failures with response code 815.
The carrier is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
