Please be advised that the issue has improved and MO SMS, MT SMS messages, along with delivery reports, are being delivered normally. OpenMarket is currently seeking carrier confirmation that the issue is resolved. We will issue a further update to confirm resolution or if there is any change in the situation.

Dear OpenMarket Customer,

Since 2015-12-10 20:35:00 UTC Sprint USA/Virgin Mobile USA/Boost Mobile USA has been experiencing an issue with their SMS service.

As a result of this issue, customers may notice an increase in the amount of missing delivery reports for MT SMS messages sent to the affected carrier, as well as an increase in delivery delays for MO and MT SMS messages.

The carrier is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
