Please be advised that both the start time along with the scope of the issue have changed. The start time for this issue has been updated to 2016-01-27 17:00:00 UTC, and starting at this time customers will have seen delays to both MO MMS messages as well as delivery receipts for MMS MT messages sent to subscribers on Verizon USA.

As of 2016-01-28 23:50:00 UTC, Muuzii monitoring confirms MMS MO messages and delivery receipts are being successfully received.

Please be advised that the impact resulting from this issue has changed. MO MMS messages sent to Verizon are now received by Muuzii

Traffic is now flowing as expected but Verizon USA have not yet confirmed that the issue is resolved. We will issue a further update with confirmation of resolution or if there is any change in the situation.

Dear Muuzii Customer,

Since 2016-01-27 17:00:00 UTC Verizon USA the above carrier has been experiencing an issue with their MMS service.

As a result, MO MMS messages are not being received by OpenMarket from subscribers on the affected carrier.

Delivery of the MMS MT messages is not being affected.

The carrier are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
