Muuzii monitoring is showing that MMS traffic has been flowing as expected since 2016-03-16 18:40:00 UTC. This issue is now resolved and no further delays should be experienced.

Dear Muuzii Customer,

Muuzii has identified an issue that has been affecting the MMS service since 2016-03-16 14:00:00 UTC.

As a result, customers may experience intermittent delays to MMS MO, MMS MT as well as MMS delivery reports.

Muuzii engineers are investigating this issue as a matter of urgency and we will issue further updates as soon as they become available.
