Impact Scope: MO SMS, SMS Delivery Reports
Dear Muuzii Customer,
Since 2016-03-23 19:30:00 UTC the above carriers have been experiencing an issue with their SMS service.
As a result of this issue, a portion of MO SMS messages and SMS delivery reports are currently being delayed.
The carriers are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. There is currently no estimated time to resolution, however we will issue an update as soon as more information becomes available.
